If you haven’t dropped off your duffle bag yet, do so today! Staff will be available at Hales Court Community Room from 10am - 4pm to accept bags and paperwork. Campers without the completed waivers will not be able to attend field trips.
So get those bags packed and head on over to Hales to ensure you have a fun week of camp. And remember: we can only accept the 2024 camouflage bag.
Camp Check-In is tomorrow (Sunday 8/18) at 2pm. Your camper should be wearing close toed shoes at arrival with a reusable water bottle in hand.
Due to the recent rise in COVID cases and the proximity to the first day of school, camp staff will administer COVID tests to all campers during check-in. Campers will also be provided masks to wear on the bus.
If you are a counselor, please arrive by Noon on Sunday for staff training.
CITs should arrive at 1:30.
