We were able to depart on time in spite of the mountain rain and are expected to arrive back at the Hales Court Community Room at 1:30 pm.

Color War Rules!

If there’s one day that campers will remember most, it’s this one. Color War took over camp today , and our four tribes went all-in with energy, teamwork, and friendly competition. From field relays to strategy games indoors—and even equipment-free challenges that tested creativity—it’s been nonstop action. In between all the cheering and chants, we refueled with ice cream sundaes and, later, gooey s’mores by the fire. The perfect fuel for a day that never seemed to slow down. We’re also starting a bit of early packing this evening (how is it almost time to head home already?), and we’ll close out the night with a camp-wide game of bingo before lights out. It’s been a crazy, colorful, joy-filled day, and looking around at all the smiles on your campers’ faces, we can confidently say that Color War truly rules . Camp Pickup

It’s been another beautiful day here at camp. Right now, we’re in the middle of Camp Reset, a peaceful window where campers stretch out in the sun, recharge with a quiet nap, or simply relax before the evening fun begins. Looking ahead: pickup is on Sunday! We will be arriving at the Hales Court Community Room at 1:30 pm. Once the bus has officially departed, we’ll send another update with a more precise ETA (since loading 46 happy, tired campers always takes a little extra time). We’ll keep soaking up the sunshine and camp spirit until then!

Sunshine and Smiles

Camp couldn’t have asked for a better day! The weather was everything you dream of in summer: warm, breezy, and perfect for being outside. When given the choice of activities this morning, the campers voted as one voice: back to the lake! And what a choice it was. Between swimming, splashing, and relaxing by the shore, the hours seemed to melt away in the best possible way. Nothing says “summer at camp” like a sweet treat, and this afternoon popsicles hit the spot. Sticky fingers, colorful smiles, and a whole lot of “mmm”s could be found all around. And dinner tonight was a classic cookout: hamburgers, hot dogs, and juicy slices of watermelon. Plates were piled high and spirits were just as full as the dining hall rang with conversation and laughter. Meanwhile, our young engineers have been hard at work, and today they proudly completed the first round of mechanics projects.
